By accessing and using the SN Enterprises platform operated by SN Enterprises, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

- All prices displayed are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable GST (18%).
- Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price at the time of placing the order.
- We reserve the right to limit quantities purchased per customer.
- Product descriptions and specifications are provided in good faith. Minor variations may occur.
5. Orders and Payment
- All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
- We reserve the right to cancel any order for reasons including stock unavailability or suspected fraud.
- All payment card data is processed securely by our payment gateway. We never store raw card numbers or CVV codes.
- All order totals are calculated and verified on the server side.
6. Delivery
We currently deliver to Chennai (pincodes starting with 600). If your pincode is outside our delivery zone, you may collect your order in-store at our Chennai location. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for details.
7. Prohibited Activities
- You may not use the site for any unlawful purpose.
- You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform.
- You may not use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access or extract data from the site.
- You may not attempt to bypass security controls, including rate limiting or authentication checks.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SN Enterprises shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our maximum liability for any direct claim shall be limited to the amount paid by you for the relevant order.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
